Kickboxing training should first start with basic fighting stance. Make sure your feet are positioned accordingly. In order to defend yourself, you need to hide your chin behind your shoulder when you deliver a punch. Place your arm in a defensive position by covering your face and keeping an eye on your opponent by peeking from the sides.
